Composer pianist and ClimateKeys founder Lola Perrin presents an evening of film, piano, spoken word and audience dialogue on solutions to environmental and ecological breakdown.

The event starts with the campaign film Save Oglet Shore by Phil Maxwell & Hazuan Hashim

Lola will perform Piano Suite IX: ‘Significantus’ (Lola Perrin 2016) composed from writings by climate change researchers. The performance is a collaboration with local poet Ged Thompson who will recite in between the piano pieces.

Guest speaker Samantha Fletcher will give a talk and facilitate a conversation in the audience with a focus on Extinction Rebellion’s third aim; a National Citizens’ Assembly to oversee the changes necessary to limit the temperature rise.

“Emissions continue to rise, authorities continue on a path to climate chaos and many remain unaware of the threat to our national security. It’s down to us to change course and that’s what our concert audiences talk about.” (Lola Perrin)
